REFUGES<\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]At present, the only kind of accommodation found in the valley is a large network of refuges, scattered through the valley and the protection perimeter.<\/p>\n

This network of refuges helps when planning excursions of one day or a weekend and for walks or stays of a longer duration.<\/p>\n

An authorization from the Com\u00fa is necessary for camping.<\/strong> In Andorra la Vella and Escaldes Engordany, the authorization is only necessary if there are more than 3 shelter tents for longuer than 2 nights. In Sant Juli\u00e0 de L\u00f2ria you cannot camp under any circumstances.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

REFUGE DE FONTVERD<\/h4>\n

An unmanned refuge, open all year round and at an altitude of 1,880 metres, to the north of the peak of the Maiana and to the south of the crest line that joins the Les Agols peak with that of Tossa de Braibal. It can hold some 14 people, has an open fireplace, table and benches. Water nearby.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

REFUGE DEL RIU DELS ORRIS<\/h4>\n

An unmanned refuge with an open fireplace, table, benches and porch for firewood. For ten people, open all year. It is at an altitude of 2,230 metres, on the bank of the River Orris, to the south-east of the peak of Pla de l\u2019Ingla and near the Setut hut.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

REFUGE DE PERAFITA<\/h4>\n

An unmanned refuge with an open fireplace, table, benches and porch for firewood. For ten people, open all year. It is at an altitude of 2,200 metres, near L\u2019Estany de la Nou and to the west of the Collada de la Maiana.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

REFUGE DE CLAROR<\/h4>\n

An unmanned refuge, open all year. It has an open fireplace, table and benches.\u00a0 For 20 people. It is at an altitude of 2,280 metres, close to Basses Roges, on the north slope of the peak of the Negre.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/3″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

REFUGE DE L’ILLA<\/h4>\n

Refuge guarded, open all year round and at an altitude of 2,488 metres, on the banks of L\u2019Estany de l\u2019Illa and to the south of the crest of Gargantillar and the peaks of Els Pessons and Ribuis. It can hold around 60 people, 50 correspond to the garded refuge and the rest to the unmanned refuge.<\/p>\n

An unmanned refuge open all year round, which holds 10 people.\u00a0 It has a fireplace, table, benches and a porch for firewood.\u00a0 It is at an altitude of 2,235 metres, at the foot of the Collada de Prat Primer and to the west of the Coll Pa.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

REFUGE D’ENSAGENTS<\/h4>\n

An unmanned refuge open all year round, which holds 14 people.\u00a0 It has an open fireplace, table and benches.\u00a0 It is at an altitude of 2,425 metres, between L\u2019Estany d\u2019Ensagents and L\u2019Estany Moreno, to the south west of the Alt del Griu and the peak of Ensagents. Water service next to it.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

REFUGE DE MONTMAL\u00daS<\/h4>\n

An unmanned refuge open all year round at an altitude of 2,445 metres, on the bank of L\u2019Estany de Montmal\u00fas, on the southern slope of the peak of the same name. It can hold 10 people and has an open fireplace, table and benches.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n

An unmanned refuge open all year round, which holds ten people. It has a fireplace, table and benches.
