THE BIRDS FAMILY (Vertebrates)<\/span><\/h2>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Eighty-nine species of birds have been identified that nest in the Madriu-Perafita-Claror valley. As important data, we could highlight the species in danger of extinction in Andorra: the white partridge ( Lagopus muta<\/em> ), the red partridge ( Alectoris rufa<\/em> ), the chatter partridge ( Perdix perdix<\/em> ), the grebe ( Gypaetus barbatus ), the shoed eagle ( Hieraaetus pennatus<\/em> ), the golden eagle ( Aquila chrysaetos<\/em> ), the robin ( Charadrius morinellus<\/em> ), the woodcock ( Scolopax rusticola<\/em> ), the puffin ( Upupa epops<\/em> ), the mustached falcon ( Falco subbuteo<\/em> ), the common swallow ( Hirundo rustica<\/em> ), the masked woodpecker ( Sylvia hortensis<\/em> ), the rock peeler ( Thicodroma muraria<\/em> ), the gray flycatcher ( Muscicapa striata<\/em> ), the mastiff ( Ficedula hypoleica<\/em> ), and the white-winged sparrow ( Montifringilla nivalis<\/em> ). <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
